继“北漂”“沪漂”之后，“蓉漂”一词高频出现在公众视野里，成为一种新的潮流。在“蓉漂”口中，成都是一座有温度的城市，它的友好、包容与朝气，吸引了无数青年才俊从世界各地来此逐梦、扎根。和许多“蓉漂”一样，在成都时间越久，肖羲清就越爱这座城市。还想让更多人认识、爱上这里，像他一样筑梦成都、圆梦蓉城。
肖羲清第一次来成都是在2011年。当时他正读高中，参加香港特别行政区教育局组织的交流活动，来到了成都。这座西南城市和当地人民展现出的乐观、豁达、包容、开放给他留下深刻印象。“我当时就想，自己正值青春，成都也是一座在快速发展、正青春的城市，充满着机遇。青春遇见青春，会发生什么？”他有些好奇，也有些憧憬。
两年后，肖羲清考入四川大学公共管理学院。起初，一想到要跨越上千公里，独自面对陌生的城市和未知的生活，他的内心还是有些不安和迷茫。然而，他抵达成都后不久，这种情绪便很快被消解了。“四川大学安排得非常完善，学习和生活都有专门的辅导员在负责，港澳台办的老师也会跟进帮助，让我很安心，很快就融入了在成都的学习生活。”肖羲清回忆。
以一个外来者的视角观察着成都，肖羲清对这座城市的感情日益升温。同时，他也发现在香港同龄人中还存在一些对内地的片面认识和刻板印象。他开始思考，如何做一些力所能及的事，更好地推动香港与内地青年的交流互动，以增进彼此的了解。
作为一个自发性的学生团体，这个协会面临很多现实困难，相当一部分活动经费需要自掏腰包，提高香港学生的兴趣和参与度也不容易。肖羲清总是鼓励自己“困难和机遇是并存的”，并将几乎所有的课外时间和精力都投在协会事务上。原本内向的他还逼着自己克服“不会表达、不想表达”的心理，积极与各方沟通。
大半年过去，协会影响力不断扩大，成员从校内扩展到校外，电子科技大学、西南交通大学、西南财经大学、四川师范大学、成都中医药大学等多所四川高校都有同学参与。2016年10月，肖羲清在香港文化协会基础上牵头成立了四川高校香港学生联合会（下文简称“川港联”），除了帮助在川香港学生解决学习生活中遇到的困难、组织交流活动、协助实习就业外，还为香港青年搭建创业平台，帮他们解决在四川创业过程中遇到的政策不熟、人脉缺乏等难题，提升他们的城市认同感、参与感和归属感。截至目前，“川港联”的成员已增加至500多人，并协助17个香港青年创业团队在四川成功创业。
通过肖羲清的努力，更多香港青年爱上了成都。一个香港青年创业团队成员告诉肖羲清，他们之所以选择成都作为在内地追逐事业梦想的首站，是因为这座城市“开放、包容、开拓、创新”的文化内核。
而在肖羲清看来，成都对“蓉漂”的吸引力远不止于此。“从整体发展空间来说，成都在各领域都能提供很大、很好的平台。政府对‘蓉漂’的创新创业非常重视，出台了很多支持政策，提供了实实在在的帮助，为大家来成都发展培育了良好的土壤。成都还将每年4月的最后一个周六定为‘蓉漂人才日’，让我们感受到这座城市对‘蓉漂’是欢迎的，能够产生强烈的归属感和安全感。”
近年来，成都人才工作团队将“蓉漂”作为一个品牌来运营，为愿意扎根成都的人才提供全方位服务——他们的目标，就是“蓉漂之后、再无漂泊”。成都共青团也始终紧扣服务青年的工作生命线，努力帮助青年解决毕业求职、创新创业、情感婚恋等最关心、最关切的问题，用最大诚意助力“蓉漂”实现价值、成就梦想。
今年5月起，“川港联”还组织在蓉香港青年探访青羊区，领略古蜀文化；举办摄影比赛，展示香港青年眼中的成都……以多种形式共同迎接香港回归祖国25周年。最特别的是，6月底，38名在蓉香港学生代表共同涂绘了一幅长3米、宽2米的“蓉港同心画卷”。这幅画卷上写着“庆祝香港回归25周年”“蓉港同心”字样，左侧以太阳神鸟、天府广场、339、IFS等成都代表性元素为点缀，接以天府立交这一座“有形”的桥，将右侧金紫荆雕像、太平山顶等香港著名景点紧紧相连，形成蓉港青年沟通往来的一座“无形”的桥，画卷美好的寓意激荡人心。
在5月12日召开的成都市学习贯彻习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产主义青年团成立100周年大会上的重要讲话精神座谈会上，肖羲清作为成都新时代青年代表发言。他分享了在成都这些年的所感所思，并表示将围绕成都所需、香港所长，依托蓉港青年交流平台，推动两地青年在更多领域开展更深层次交流合作。
从2013年赴蓉求学至今，近10年的时间里，肖羲清见证了成都的飞速发展和巨变。城市规模和基础设施建设不断升级，开放程度越来越高，国际影响力也越来越大了。“这是成都发展最快的10年。”如今回望，肖羲清说：“我很感谢自己当年决定来成都。”
这座城市里，也有肖羲清的成长故事。“我的青春是伴随着成都发展一起往前的。”他从初到成都时的内向学生，成长为在蓉香港学生们的“肖师兄”、川港青年交流的“搭桥人”。去年，他还多了一个新身份——四川四地同心文化发展有限公司总经理，公司的目标是为推动川港澳台四地青年的交流发展做更多探索。
在这个成长过程里，肖羲清逐步明确了自己未来的方向——沿着川港青年交流这条主线搭建平台，结合川港两地所需，联合更多志同道合的香港青年，创造新的可能、新的希望。
Following the terms"Beijing drifter"and"Shanghai drifter","Chengdu drifter"frequently appears in the public view,becoming a new trend.In"Chengdu drifter's opinion,Chengdu is a city with temperature.Its friendliness,inclusiveness and vitality have attracted countless young talents from all over the world to pursue their dreams and take root here.Like many other"Chengdu drifters",the longer he stays in Chengdu,the deeper he loves the city.He also wants more people to know
about and love Chengdu and make their dreams come true just like him.
It was in 2011 that Xiao Xiqing came to Chengdu for the first time.He was in high school at that time,participating in the exchange activities in Chengdu organized by the Education Bureau of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.He was deeply impressed by the optimism,generosity,inclusiveness and openness of this city in southwest China and the local people."I thought that I was in the prime of life at that time,and Chengdu was also a city with rapid development and youth,full of opportunities.What happens when youth meets youth?"He has the curiosity and longing.
Two years later,Xiao Xiqing was admitted to the School of Public Administration,Sichuan University.At the thought of crossing thousands of kilometers and facing the strange city and unknown life alone,he was still a little uneasy and confused initially.However,soon after he arrived in Chengdu,such uneasy and confused feelings were quickly dispelled."Sichuan University had us well arranged.There were dedicated counselors in charge of our study and life,and the teachers of Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office will follow up and help me,making me feel at ease and get quickly integrated into the school life in Chengdu."Xiao Xiqing recalled.
Observing this city from the perspective of a n outsider,Xiao Xiqing's affection to the city were growing.He also noticed that some of his peers in Hong Kong still had some one-sided understandings and stereotypes about the mainland.He started pondering to do something within his scope to better promote exchanges and interactions between Hong Kong and mainland youth,so as to enhance mutual understanding.
At that time,there was not much communication between Hong Kong college students in Sichuan.Even in the same school,they may only have a nodding acquaintance with others.Xiao Xiqing established the Hong Kong Cultural Association of Sichuan University to promote exchanges between Hong Kong and mainland students with culture as the link.
As a spontaneous student organization,the association faced many practical difficulties.A considerable part of the activity funds need to be paid out of their own pocket,and it was not easy to improve the interest and participation of Hong Kong students.Xiao Xiqing always encouraged himself that"where there are difficulties,there are also opportunities",and devoted almost all his extracurricular time and energy to the affairs of the association.Originally introverted,he also forced himself to overcome the innermost feeling of"not expressing,not wanting to express"and actively communicate with others.
In 2021, Xiao Xiqing (Right) participated in the Chinese Cultural Experience Salon and Event for the Youth in Sichuan, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
Over the past half year,the association's influence has continued to expand,and association members have expanded from inside to outside.Students from several universities in Sichuan,such as University of Electronic Science and Technology,Southwest Jiaotong University,Southwest University of Finance and Economics,Sichuan Normal University,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,have become the members of the association.In October 2016,thanks to the Hong Kong Cultural Association,Xiao Xiqing led the establishment of the Sichuan University Hong Kong Students'Federation(hereinafter referred to as the"Sichuan Hong Kong Students'Federation").In addition to helping students in Sichuan and Hong Kong to solve their difficulties in school life,organize exchange activities,and assist in internship and employment,he also built an entrepreneurial platform for Hong Kong youth to help them address problems such as being unfamiliar with policies and lacking of social networking in the process of entrepreneurship in Sichuan to improve their sense of city identity,participation and belonging.Up to now,the members of the"Sichuan Hong Kong Students'Federation"has increased to more than 500,and has assisted 17 Hong Kong youth entrepreneurship teams in starting businesses successfully in Sichuan.
Through Xiao Xiqing's efforts,more Hong Kong youth have fallen in love with Chengdu.A Hong Kong youth entrepreneurship team told Xiao Xiqing that they chose Chengdu as the first stop to pursue their career dreams in the mainland because of the city's cultural core of"openness,inclusiveness,pioneering and innovation".
In Xiao Xiqing's opinion,the attraction of Chengdu to"Chengdu drifters"is far more than that."In terms of overall development space,Chengdu provides a larger and better platform in all fields.The local government attaches great importance to the innovation and entrepreneurship of"Chengdu drifters",and has issued a bucket of support policies,offering practical assistance and breeding a good soil for everyone to grow and thrive in Chengdu.Chengdu has also designated the last Saturday of April every year as the Day of Chengdu Drifting Talents,making us feel that we are fully accommodated in this city with a strong sense of belonging and security."
In recent years,the human resource management teams in Chengdu has taken the"Chengdu drifters"as a brand to provide all-round services for talents willing to take root in Chengdu,with the goal of"no more drifting once taking root in Chengdu".The Chengdu Communist Youth League has always been closely linked to the work and life status of young people,trying to help them solve the most concerned problems such as graduation and job search,innovation and entrepreneurship,as well as marital and romantic status,with the greatest sincerity of helping"Chengdu drifters"with their values and dreams.
"In Chengdu,we really feel the practical significance of'the city is more friendly to young people',"Xiao Xiqing said.
Since May this year,the"Sichuan Hong Kong Students'Federation"has organized young people in Chengdu and Hong Kong to visit Qingyang district and experience the ancient Shu culture;a photography competition was held to display the image of Chengdu in the eyes of Hong Kong youth...to jointly
welcome the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's returning to the motherland in various forms.The most special is that at the end of June,38 Hong Kong student representatives in Chengdu jointly painted a 3m long and 2m wide scroll of"Chengdu and Hong Kong With One Heart".The scroll is written with the words"Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Hong Kong's Returning to the Motherland"and"Chengdu and Hong Kong With One Heart".The left side is dotted with the representative elements of Chengdu,such as the Sun and Immortal Birds,Tianfu Square,339,and IFS connecting by a"tangible"bridge-Tianfu Interchange to the Chinese redbud and Taiping Peak and other famous attractions of Hong Kong on the right side,forming an"invisible"bridge of communication between Chengdu and Hong Kong youth.Such beautiful implication of the painting scroll really makes people choked up with emotions.
On May 12,Xiao Xiqing delivered a speech as the representative of Chinese youth of the new era of Chengdu at the spiritual symposium of Chengdu studying and carrying forward the important address by the General Secretary Xi Jinping at the conference of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China.He shared his feelings and thoughts over the years in Chengdu,and said that he would focus on the needs of Chengdu and the strengths of Hong Kong and rely on the ChengduHong Kong youth exchange platform to promote more in-depth exchanges and cooperation between youth in more fields.
In 2019, Xiao Xiqing, as a guest, made sharing in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Salon for the Youth in Sichuan, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
Since he went to Chengdu for study in 2013,Xiao Xiqing has witnessed the rapid development and great changes of Chengdu over the past 10 years.The city scale and infrastructure construction are constantly upgrading,the degree of openness is getting higher with ever growing international influence."This decade witnesses the fastest growth of Chengdu."Looking back,Xiao Xiqing said,"I am very grateful for my decision to come to Chengdu."
This city also records the story of growing up of Xiao Xiqing."My youth goes forward with the development of Chengdu."He was an introverted student when he arrived in Chengdu for the first time,and grew into a"Brother Xiao"for students in Chengdu and Hong Kong,and a"bridge"for youth exchanges in Sichuan and Hong Kong.Last year,he also gained a new identity-General Manager of Sichuan,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan Culture Development Co.,Ltd.The company's goal is to make more exploration to promote the exchange and development of young people in Sichuan,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan.
In the process of growth,Xiao Xiqing has gradually defined his future direction-to build a platform along the main line of Sichuan-Hong Kong youth exchange,integrate the needs of Sichuan and Hong Kong and unite more like-minded Hong Kong youth to create new possibilities and new hopes.
