While in the city for the first NBA Shanghai Basketball Festival, top NBA G League players took a break from the court on Aug 27 to explore Shanghai's history and culture at the century-old Jiang-Chuan Building.

The building, originally built in 1916 as the former Deutsch-Asiatische Bank, has recently been given a new lease on life as a cultural and creative space.

The players toured the historic building, explored its creative offerings, and shared their experience with young companions from Shanghai Guangming High School Basketball Team, sparking lively conversations and connections.
