Fourth Silk Road Friendship Ceremony held in Xinjiang

The 4th Silk Road Friendship Ceremony, hosted by the China International Culture Exchange Center, was held in Kuqa County, Aksu Prefecture in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, on May 28, 2025.

The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) was proposed by China, but its achievements and opportunities belong to the world. The 4th Silk Road Friendship Ceremony focused on outstanding builders, pioneers, and beneficiaries from various fields under the BRI, highlighting their inspiring stories in domestic and overseas projects as well as cultural exchanges. The event aimed to convey the shared aspirations of Silk Road friendship envoys, work together toward a bright vision of the Silk Road, and promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

This year's and previous years' Silk Road Friendship envoys as well as friends and supporters of the BRI attended the event.
